The PRIMORSKA REGION is "blessed" by various cultures: the Mediterranean in the south-wesr, the Continental and Central European in the north and the Balkan in the East. Each left its stamp in the Primorska cuisine too.

Prepare any of those dishes which we like to serve (and consume) in Šentjane. All can be prepared quite easily, however, we certainly recommend the use of the fresh, quality and domestic ingredients provided by Bazilika.
