Salad for patient people

Two tomatoes per person are cut in half, seasoned with salt and pepper, sprinkled with garlic, and then baked for about an hour in an oven heated to 150 degrees. When cooled down to room temperature, the tomatoes are placed on a large plate, generously sprinkled with olive oil with basil and lemon juice, decorated with small leaves of fresh basil and placed on the table. At the end, make sure that you mop up the sauce with a piece of bread.
