Black fruit of the Istrian native 'buga'
variety of olive tree and the popular 'leccino' and 'črnica'. Hand-picked,
sorted and selected. They amalgamate with freshly crushed leaves of
perfect basil, high-quality olive oil and the finest salt into a gorgeous
spread. On slices of toasted bread they conjure up a feeling of delight, which
can be enhanced with a glass of wine and good company.
